We currently offer two levels of technical support for this project.
Free Support is available to all users. With this option, requests can be sent to us, but we don't offer any guarantees as to how long any assistance will take. You also accept that any questions submitted may be published, although we will take steps to anonymise questions where possible.
We will be extending this service shortly through a support forum.

Contract Support is provided by our commercial partners, Network Ltd. Network has extensive experience of building database applications, and has contributed much knowledge to this project. Network can provide several levels of solutions, from server configuration and day-to-day running through to application development.
